Introduction: Vyacheslav Molotov The name "Molotov" refers to Vyacheslav Molotov , the Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars from December 1930 to May 1941. He was a protege of Joseph Stalin and one of the participants in the Great Terror of 1936-1938 , in which Joseph Stalin killed more than one million people.
